As a Primer 
Will prevent oil, grease, and contaminants from bleeding up through the sealcoating, and will improve surface appearance.

On Concrete
Will aggressively adhere to concrete surfaces and act like a sealcoating by itself or as a primer so that sealcoating appears uniform across all surfaces on a properly with both concrete and asphalt pavements.

Will eliminate the need for excessive surface preparation that could damage the asphalt substrate. Will not only protect the asphalt surface it will beautify any pavement that has been discolored due to petrochemical contamination staining the surface.

As a Primer

• Useful for areas that have been contaminated by tree sap, which causes sealcoatings to flake off in an unusual and confounding way.
• ​Is easy to use. Supplied as a concentrate with simple on-the-job mixing with water.
• ​S.O.S. is concentrated; allows easier storage and shipping.
• ​Dries in 20-30 minutes.
• ​Will not debond from the oil spot and will not allow the sealer to peel away from primed areas.
